ISDP, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health Puntland and with support from UNICEF, officially launched the Long-Lasting Insecticidal Nets (LLINs) distribution campaign in Bosaso District.
The campaign targets 79,335 households (232,485 people) to receive treated mosquito nets to prevent malaria, particularly among vulnerable communities.
Following the successful training of 210 distribution staff, teams have started house-to-house distribution across Bosaso, ensuring that every eligible household receives protection.
The campaign uses digital systems such as DHIS2 Tracker and the Last Mile Supply Management (LMSM) to ensure accurate registration, supply tracking, and real-time monitoring.
This initiative aims to reduce malaria transmission and protect families across Bosaso District.
