ISDP Somalia

Our Work

Driving Change Across
Communities

ISDP is committed to improving the well-being of communities across Somalia by advancing human rights, promoting access to essential services, and empowering vulnerable populations. Our work focuses on health and nutrition services, women’s empowerment, food security and livelihoods, protection of vulnerable groups, and strengthening community resilience.

Through community-based approaches and partnerships with local and international stakeholders, ISDP works to enhance access to quality healthcare, improve nutrition outcomes, promote gender equality, and support sustainable development for communities in need.

ISDP Projects Implemented Over the Years

The Integrated Services for Displaced Population (ISDP) has been implementing humanitarian and development projects across Somalia since 2010, supporting vulnerable communities through integrated and community-based interventions.

Over the years, ISDP has successfully implemented more than 50 projects, benefiting men, women, boys, and girls in some of the most underserved and crisis-affected areas.

The organization works across key sectors, including Nutrition, Health, Food Security and Livelihoods, WASH, Education, Protection, and Emergency Response, aiming to improve living conditions, strengthen resilience, and promote sustainable development.

Through these interventions, ISDP has reached a total of 3,457,959 beneficiaries, contributing to improved access to essential services and enhanced well-being for displaced and host communities across Somalia.
