Gender Equality and Social Inclusion

ISDP’s Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Department is dedicated to promoting equal rights, opportunities, and participation for all members of society, particularly women, girls, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups. The program focuses on addressing gender inequalities, reducing social exclusion, and ensuring inclusive access to services and opportunities.

ISDP works with communities, institutions, and partners to mainstream gender equality and inclusion across all programs. Through awareness raising, capacity building, and community engagement, the department supports positive social norms, empowers women and girls, and promotes inclusive development where no one is left behind.
